Craig Waller: I began my career in an era when every shot was crafted entirely in-camera—before the advent of green screens and digital visual effects. Every visual element had to be created through skill, ingenuity, and practical execution. This approach fostered a deep understanding of problem-solving on set while ensuring both creativity and safety in achieving the perfect shot.

With 35 years of experience in the film and television industry, I have had the privilege of working on productions around the world. My primary expertise lies in the Grip and Electric department, but I also have extensive experience in commercial photography and a strong background in camera work.

For the past 25 years, I have worked as a Key Grip on large-scale commercial productions and underwater films. Additionally, I spent seven years as the Network TV Lighting Director for NASCAR and SPEED Channel / FOX Sports 1, overseeing the lighting for over 600 races and 1000s of TV shows.

Beyond my professional career, I am a certified Cave Diver (SCUBA) and CCR Rebreather certified. I also have a deep passion for motorsports, combining my love for technical precision and high-adrenaline experiences.

This is my story.
